After escaping the Kroton’s facility The Doctor and Zoe take a leisurely walk back to the Tardis while Jamie gets tortured and questioned by the tall peculator looking robots. They don’t get much out of him since he really doesn’t know much and they decide to use him as bait for his friends whose brains they want to use to power something or another.
In what seemed like a very long time, The Doctor and Zoe sit inside the Tardis doing pretty much nothing. They finally decide to go see what is keeping Jamie and head back to the Gond’s city picking up some sulfur along the way.
Once they get to the city the find out that the Gonds have decided to start another war with the Krotons by causing their headquarters to collapse by destroying its foundations. The rush off to stop the vengeful Gonds without even asking about Jamie, but are soon reminded of their friend when they get to the great hall. The Doctor shoves the sulfur into the one Gond that knows anything about science with some quick instructions to make something and head down into the caves. They get there just in time to see the ceiling start to crumble.
Still no answers and shit load of wasted time in this one.
